Katarina Roccella Fabric

Katarina Roccella was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, where she lives with her Italian husband and their three children—her constant source of inspiration. She holds both a Master’s degree and a PhD in Applied Arts and Design, studies that allowed her to deeply explore painting, graphic design, and textile design. Creativity has always been central to her life, nurtured by her artistic family: her father is a painter, her mother a ceramic pottery artist, and her sister a production designer. Growing up in such a rich creative environment encouraged her from an early age to make, design, and explore. Over the years, Katarina has worked across a wide range of mediums, including drawing, illustration, calligraphy, graphic design, linoleum printing, photography, and, more recently, sewing.
